Mugged For Bingo Winnings

Les Bins an 86 year old war veteran was mugged outside a UK bingo hall for his £1000 winnings. He was hit on the head and pushed to the ground in the vicious attack. Les suffered severe bruising and facial injuries. The attack took place at Mecca Manchester.

Les said “”As soon as I left, someone pounced on me from behind and I hit my head on the floor.

“They went straight for the pocket which the money was in, so they clearly knew where it was.

“But I’m not going to stop going. I’ve been playing every Sunday for 20 years, Why should I let them get to me?”
